Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run from 13 – 24 December 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
  2. Prize draw entry tickets can be collected every day from guest services upon check in.
  3. Limited to one prize draw entry per guest per day.
  4. Prize draws will take place every evening at 8pm between 13 – 24 December 2024.
  5. Prize draw entries collection will pause each day at 7.30pm and resume again once the draw has finished.
  6. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 15 minutes before the draw. Prize draw entries are cleared from the tombola after each draw in preparation for the following day.
  7. Winners must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  8. The Customers name and Met Card membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  10. One winner will be drawn from the tombola at each draw.
  11. The winner drawn will have the opportunity to spin the prize wheel to reveal the prize won.
  12. The prize wheel will have 54 segments and prizes will be as follows: 4x £1,000 Free Play, 5x £750 Free Play, 10x £500 Free Play, 15x £250 Free Play, 20x £100 Free Play.
  13. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the ’12 Days Of Christmas’ promotional activity.
  14. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics for use on the night.
  15. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  16. Promotional tickets – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  17. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  18. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  20. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  21. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
