Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run on Tuesday 13 August 2024 from 8pm and is open to Queen, King, Ace Met Card holders and HVC Monogram members.
  2. Upon entry, guests must tap their card on the Dragon Lounge Kiosk to print a ticket.
  3. The ticket must then be exchanged with a Customer Relations Executive on duty for a tier-based offer booklet.
  4. There are 4 types of voucher booklets available, the denomination of offers available in each tier booklet is as follows: HVC Monogram Scheme members 2 x 100 Match Play and 1 x Prize draw entry ticket, Ace Met Card holders 2 x £50 Match Play and 1x Prize draw entry ticket, King Met Card holders 2 x £25 Match Play and 1 x Prize draw entry ticket, Queen Met Card holders 2 x £10 Match Play and 1 x Prize draw entry ticket.
  5. A tombola for each tier type will be placed next to the bar, one for Queen Met Card holder entries, one for King Met Card holder entries, and one for Ace Met Card holder and HVC Monogram Scheme member entries.
  6. To participate in the prize draw, guests must drop their prize draw entry tickets into the tombola that correlates with their tier.
    Match Play prizes can be used directly on live gaming tables or exchanged at the Cash Desk with the same value wager as stated on the front for a promotional ticket to use on Slots or Electronics.
  7. Draws will take place at 9pm and 9.30pm, and entries must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  8. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  9. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries/vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  11. The tombola’s will be cleared after the final draw.
  12. Two winners will be drawn per draw time from each of the three tombola’s, the winners will each receive the following prizes for use on the night: Queen Met Card holders £100 Free Play, King Met Card holders £200 Free Play, Ace Met Card holder or HVC Monogram Scheme member £300 Free Play.
  13. Free Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used tables, or for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  14. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  15. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
  16. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  17. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  19. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  20. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
