Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 13 – 24 December and is only open to Queen, King, Ace Met Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
  2. Every day upon entry, guests must tap their Met card on the Dragon Lounge Kiosk to print a ticket.
  3. The ticket must then be presented to a Customer Relations Executive on duty, exchange the ticket for a daily Countdown to Christmas Scratch card. Limited to one per guest per day.
  4. There are five different possible denominations that could be won from the scratch cards: 1x Prize Draw entry, £25 Match Play, £50 Free Play, £20 Free Play, £10 Free Play, £25 F&B voucher, 2,500 Met Points.
  5. Match Play prizes can be used directly on live gaming tables or exchanged at the Cash Desk with the same value wager as stated on the front for a promotional ticket to use on Slots or Electronics.
  6. £25 Food and Beverage vouchers can be on the date stated on the voucher with a F&B Attendant.
  7. Prize draw entry scratch cards can directly be dropped in the tombola to mark entry into the draw.
  8. 2,500 Met points can be redeemed with a Customer Relations Executive on duty.
  9. Free Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used tables, or for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  10. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  11. Final prize draw will take place on Thursday 26 December at 9pm, and entries must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  12. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  13. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  14. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries/vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  15. Three winners will be drawn to win a share of £1,750 in Free Play: 1st guest drawn - £1,000 Free Play, 2nd guest drawn - £500 Free Play, 3rd guest drawn - £250 Free Play.
  16. Free Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used tables, or for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  17. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  18. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
  19. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  20. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  22. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  23. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
