Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run on Thursday 31 October 2024 from 8pm and is open to Queen, King, Ace Met Card holders and HVC Monogram members.
  2. A tombola for each tier type will be prepared by the entrance, one for Queen Met Card holder entries, one for King Met Card holder entries, and one for Ace Met Card holder and HVC Monogram Scheme member entries.
  3. Upon entry, guests must tap their Met card on the Dragon Lounge Kiosk to print a ticket, which will act as their prize draw entry.
  4. The ticket must then be presented to a Customer Relations Executive on duty, who will drop the ticket in the tombola that correlates with the guest’s tier, then give the guest a Scratch card as well as a £25 F&B Voucher.
  5. There are two different possible denominations that could be won from the scratch cards, they can either unveil a ‘Trick’ which is a box of Lindt chocolates, or ‘Treat’ which is a £25 Match Play.
  6. Match Play prizes can be used directly on live gaming tables or exchanged at the Cash Desk with the same value wager as stated on the front for a promotional ticket to use on Slots or Electronics.
  7. The box of chocolates prize can be redeemed with a Customer Relations Executive on duty.
  8. Draws will take place at 7.30pm, 8.30pm, 9.30pm, and entries must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  9. The £25 F&B voucher is only valid on the date stated and can be redeemed anywhere in the Casino with a Food and Beverage attendant.
  10. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  11. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  12. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries/vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  13. The tombola’s will be cleared after the final draw.
  14. One winner will be drawn per draw time from each of the three tombola’s, the winners will each receive the following prizes for use on the night: Queen Met Card holders £100 Free Play, King
  15. Met Card holders £200 Free Play, Ace Met Card holder or HVC Monogram Scheme member £300 Free Play.
  16. Free Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used tables, or for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  17. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  18. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
  19. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  20. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  22. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  23. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
