Mid-Autumn Celebrations

Scratch Card Terms and conditions

1. This promotion will run from 9 - 22 September 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Scratch Cards can be collected through events on live gaming tables, Slots or Electronic machines and spend on food and drink.
3. Scratch Cards can be earned between 2pm and 2am daily on live gaming tables, Slots or Electronic machines when one of the following events occur:

3a. At Blackjack tables, – “Blackjack bonus” – 1x Scratch Card can be claimed when the player is dealt any hand with a blackjack suit.
3b. Roulette tables “Twice in a row” – Every player with an active bet on American Roulette can receive 1x Scratch card when a number on the roulette wheel lands twice in a row.
3c. Punto Banco tables “Egalite” – A scratch card can be claimed by winning any egalite bet.
3d. Three Card Poker tables “Top Pay-outs” – 1x Scratch Card can be claimed if the customer is dealt a “Three of a kind” or “Straight flush”
3e. Poker “Empire Hand” - A scratch card can be claimed when you complete a hand holding the Empire hand 5/6 suited.
3f. 1x Scratch Card will be issued every hour via hot seats between 2pm – 2am to guests playing on Slots and Electronic Roulette machines.

4. Customers will also earn a scratch card when they spend £20 or more on food and drinks anytime of the day.
5. Prizes available from the scratch cards are redeemed as follows:

5a. Free Play to be exchanged at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots and Electronics.
5b. Prize draw entries to be dropped into the tombola next to the digi wheel.
5c. Match Play to be played directly on live gaming tables to be exchanged at Cash Desk for a promotional ticket to use on slots and electronics when the same value wager as stated on the scratch card is presented. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
5d. Box of Mooncakes to be exchanged at the Cloakroom for a box of Mooncakes.
5e. Met Points to be handed to Guest services, credits will be applied within 24-hours. Normal Met Point terms apply.

6. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
7. All scratch card prizes must be redeemed by 8pm Sunday 22 September 2024.
8. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the Mid-Autumn Scratch and Win promotional activity.
9. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
10. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
12. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
13. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Prize Draw Terms and conditions

1. This promotion will run from 9 – 22 September 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Scratch Cards that reveal “Prize Draw Entry” when scratched will act as the prize draw entry itself.
3. Draw will take place on Sunday 22 September at 8pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 15 minutes before the draw.
4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
5. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
7. The tombola will be cleared after the final ticket has been drawn.
8. Eight winners will be drawn from the tombola and will have the opportunity to spin the prize wheel to reveal the prize won.
9. The prize wheel will have 54 segments and prizes will be as follows:

9a. Level 1: 27x Level Up, 27x £88 Free Play
9b. Level 2: 18x Level Up, 18x £88 Free Play, 18x £888 Free Play.
9c. Level 3: 53x £888 Free Play, 1x £8,888 Free Play.

10. Should the winner land on a Level Up segment, they will proceed to the next Level Wheel to spin again, this will continue until a prize is won.
11. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics for use on the night.
12. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
13. Promotional tickets – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
14. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
15. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
