Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 5 to 27 July 2024 on Fridays and Saturdays and is open to all customers.
  2. Prize draw entries are earned every Friday and Saturday on the Triple Zero Roulette live gaming table, if the ball lands on the M segment on the Roulette wheel all playing customers will receive a prize draw entry, subject to availability of the table.
  3. Draw will take place on 27 July at 10pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 30 minutes before the draw.
  4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  5. The participant’s name must be displayed on the entry ticket and their identity must be verified via a valid ID to be confirmed as a winner.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  7. Five winners will be drawn from the tombola to spin the wheel which contains 27 segments split as follows: 1 x £1,000 Cash, 2 x £500 Cash, 4 x £250 Cash, 6 x £100 Free Play, 6 x £50 Free Play and 8 x £25 Free Play
  8. Cash prizes winner will be required to sign-up to the Met Card before redeeming the prize from Cash Desk on the night won.
  9. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics on the night won.
  10. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  11. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the M Wheel Triple Zero Roulette promotional activity.
  12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  15. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  16. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
