Match Play Hot Seats Terms and conditions

1. The promotion will run from 25 November – 15 December 2024 between 10am and midnight and is only open to Met Card holders playing on Slots or Electronic Roulette Machines.
2. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Met Card inserted into an electronic gaming machine during play.
3. Every hour between 10am to midnight during the promotional period, players will be chosen at random to win a Hot Seat Prize.
4. To qualify for the Hot Seats promotion, a minimum turnover of £20 during a gaming session on either slots or electronic games within the promotional period is required
5. Winners will be notified by a message on the electronic gaming machine or by Venue Management.
6. The prizes are:
a. Jack and Queen Met Card holders a £25 Match Play voucher,
b. King and Ace Met Card holders a £50 Match Play voucher
7. Valid for the following week, as stated on the voucher.
8. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
9. Match Play vouchers are valid for use on Slots and Electronic Roulette machines only and must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value wager as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket, all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
11. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Hot Seats Match Play promotional activity.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for Met Cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Mega Hot Spins Terms and conditions

1. The promotion will run: 23 December 2024 – 12 January 2025, 20 January 2025 – 9 February 2025, 24 February 2025 – 16 March 2025 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Tickets can be collected as part of the Home of the Hot Seats promotional activity.
3. The Mega Hot Spins Prize draws will take place every Sunday between these dates: 30 December 2024 – 19 January 2025, 27 January 2025 – 16 February 2025, 3 March 2025 – 23 March 2025.
4. Draws will take place daily at every Sunday at 8pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 15 minutes before the draw.
5. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
6. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
8. The tombola will be cleared after all winners are determined.
9. Ten winners will be drawn from the tombola and will be eligible to one spin on the Digi Wheel.
