Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 21 October – 10 November 2024 between 10am and 12am and is only open to Met Card holders playing on Slots or Electronic Roulette Machines.
  2. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Met Card inserted into an electronic gaming machine during play.
  3. Every hour during the promotional period, multiple players will be chosen at random to win a Hot Seat Prize.
  4. Winners will be notified by a message on the electronic gaming machine or by Venue Management.
  5. The prize is a £25 Match Play voucher for Jack and Queen Met Card holders, and £50 Match Play voucher for King and Ace Met Card holders, valid for the following week, as stated on the voucher.
  6. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
  7. The Match Play vouchers are valid for use on Slots and Electronic Roulette machines only and must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value wager as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket, all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  8. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  9. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Match Play Madness – Hot Seats promotional activity.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible for Met Cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
  11. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  12. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  14. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  15. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
